The intercom can call any terminal or phone by pulling the number, and can realize one-key call to the terminal by expanding the shortcut board, no need to remember the number, no need to pull the number, and the terminal can be set to answer automatically in 1-10 seconds, and receive broadcast and music automatically.
2)Partition management
The communication server supports the establishment of partitions for each terminal number, which is convenient to find and modify, and intuitively displays each partition on the console and arranges them according to the requirements, so that you can directly select this partition for broadcasting, and each partition automatically generates a partition number, so that you can broadcast and play the partition number for broadcasting.
3)Call queuing
When there are multiple incoming calls to the monitoring center, the center management console can display queuing information of all incoming calls, including location, caller ID, etc., so that it will not cause multiple incoming calls to occupy the line, and the center can speed up the processing according to the incoming calls, and it can select the important incoming calls to be answered on a priority basis.
4)Caller ID
Management console or intercom can display the incoming call number function, the internal number can also display the Chinese name of the caller, intuitive display, easier to recognize.
5)Intercom Priority
The intercom terminal in the kiosk can realize intercom priority function, when receiving broadcast and background music, it does not affect the intercom call, when the terminal initiates a call or there is an incoming call, it will automatically end the broadcasting task or the music and enable the priority intercom, and after the intercom is finished, it will automatically resume the broadcasting or the music playback function.
6)Telephone Access
Can be docked with the program-controlled telephone exchange to realize two-way initiation of call intercom; intercom can be live landline, landline can be initiated on the system intercom or broadcast shouting.
7)Alarm Management
Kiosk terminal support emergency foot alarm access, the center management console can receive alarm information, the corresponding terminal icon will be big red flashing display, automatically pop-up alarm confirmation information, generate the corresponding alarm records, and linkage video monitoring full screen display, send out an alarm voice reminder.
8)Redundant Backup Design
