1. System design description

According to the actual situation of the tunnel, overcoming the defects and shortcomings of the previous system, and combining with the technological development trend of highway operation and management system of digitization, networking and intelligence, YT-SD03/SIP tunnel emergency telephone and broadcasting system realizes the professional multimedia emergency telephone intercom and broadcasting system integrating the functions of emergency telephone intercom, 100db noise elimination, broadcasting and shouting, audio broadcasting, and alarm and video linkage. 2. Communication network transmission

The system adopts Ethernet communication network for communication transmission, and it can adopt fiber optic transceiver, ring network switch, EPON network and other ways to set up dedicated LAN.

A network switch is installed in the monitoring center, which is connected to the tunnel emergency phone through fiber-optic cable, realizing the multi-level structure management of the tunnel on-site emergency phone, the tunnel management station and the monitoring center, adapting to the needs of the highway emergency linkage and coordination of the disposal, and adapting to the trend of the highway interconnection network informatization construction.

3. System topology diagram

The tunnel emergency telephone and broadcasting system consists of converged communication server, network switch, fiber-optic telephone access mainframe, dispatching console, answering machine, fiber-optic telephone, amplifier, loudspeaker, etc. The composition and connection diagram are shown below:

As shown in the above figure, our own products are installed in the monitoring center, including fusion communication server, dispatching console, fiber-optic telephone access host and police answering machine, and the equipment is connected to the network of the monitoring center. Inside the tunnel, we install in-tunnel emergency telephones, amplifiers and loudspeakers, and at the tunnel entrance, we install in-tunnel emergency telephones, amplifiers and loudspeakers. Emergency telephones are connected directly by optical fiber in a ring to the fiber-optic telephone access mainframe in order to ensure the redundancy of the communication network and high availability of the emergency telephones, and the loudspeakers are connected to the amplifiers in the emergency telephones through audio cables.

Tunnel emergency telephone and broadcasting system is a comprehensive communication platform for emergency telephone wired broadcasting launched by Yuantong Company, i.e., the emergency telephone and wired broadcasting share a set of software (the same operation screen for alarm and broadcasting and access to Ethernet three-layer switch to provide support for other subsystems or linkage of data requests), share the transmission network, and functionally independent of each other, but do not affect each other. 4. System Main Functions

1) Monitoring center management

The monitoring center can manage the comprehensive scheduling of tunnel emergency calls, road intercom, tunnel broadcasting, tunnel help, video linkage display and other services in this road section. It can inquire the contents of calls and recordings in real time.

2) Dispatch Management

Management module: intercom management, broadcast shouting, broadcast music, call management, video linkage.

Partition management: set multiple management partitions according to regional distribution or business structure, generate partition broadcasting number, broadcast shouting or play music to this partition, and set independent management of partition.

Terminal Management: It can visualize the status of intercom or broadcast management terminal in each partition, and display the number, name, work, and with whom to talk.

Queuing management: It can display the incoming call information, queue up the display in order, and keep the recent communication records.

Scheduling function: call intercom, call hang up, insert talk call, call split talk, broadcast shouting, text broadcasting, on-site monitoring.

Wired intercom: tunnel emergency telephone intercom, one key call, hands-free intercom, 100db noise elimination, intercom and broadcasting dual-channel parallel operation, do not affect each other.
